Sources: Kelly leaving Ohio St. to be Raiders' OC

Chip Kelly is returning to the NFL to become the Las Vegas Raiders' offensive coordinator under new head coach Pete Carroll, sources told ESPN's Adam Schefter and Pete Thamel.
