U-M takes fight to court, argues 'irreparable harm'

Attorneys representing Michigan and football coach Jim Harbaugh filed a breach of contract complaint Friday night and also filed an additional motion seeking a temporary restraining order that would enable Harbaugh to coach Saturday at Penn State.
